At Falconhurst Estate we have a range of beautiful spaces available to hire for your private party or corporate event in Kent, including the characterful Barn or pretty Walled Gardens.

From birthday parties to anniversaries, product launches to drinks parties, jazz nights to supper clubs, there is a stage here for all occasions.

Located at the entrance to the estate and a short distance from the Falconhurst gardens, The Barn is a wonderfully characterful space which regularly hosts a variety of lively events, including Supper Clubs, live music and workshops. Benefiting from a fully-fitted kitchen and well-stocked bar, The Barn is a wonderfully social space with heaps of charm, The Barn lends itself to a variety of personalities and occasions.

Dating back to the 1820s, The Barn is a old Victorian threshing barn belonging to Home Farm, one of seven tenant farms on the estate. Sadly, its farming days are over and it has now been reimagined to form a versatile events space but still maintaining the character and feel from it’s past. We opened The Barn in 2021 with the desire to provide those in the local area and those from further afield with a slightly different night out. Since then, it has hosted supper clubs, wine tastings, jazz nights, parties and weddings.

The Barn is full of lots of useful bits and bobs. It has a lovely long bar made from old farm doors from the estate, as well as a fully fitted catering kitchen. Next to The Barn there is a beautiful wild garden with a large pond. All of these features help to make this a truly special venue that our guests will undoubtedly remember.
