Farm Shop
The Farm Shop sells an unbeatable range of local, artisanal produce alongside fruit and vegetables, and homemade goods. With all produce handpicked by Charlie and Dan, you’ll find an abundance of local treasures alongside an ever increasing aray of Falconhurst produce – meat from the farm, vegetables from our Market Garden, and honey from our bees.
We have a daily supply of delicious coffee and homemade cakes and treats that can be enjoyed on sunny tables outside the shop, inside the calf stalls of The Barn, or on benches overlooking the pond.
Throughout the year we also host Brunch Clubs, Street food events and Supper Clubs and so there is plenty of reason to come and wind down here at the Farmshop.

Sculpture at Falconhurst
This summer, Falconhurst Estate will host a debut exhibition of sculpture that will celebrate the medium of stone, opening 29th June to 27th July 2024.
Inspired by the UK’s most respected sculpture exhibition, on form, at Asthall Manor in the Cotswolds, this exhibition will be an intimate collection of works by renowned sculptors including Régis Chaperon, Luke Dickinson, Rosie Jones, Jason Mulligan, Ana Ruiz Agüí, Guy Stevens, Mark Stonestreet and Anthony Turner. Falconhurst’s exhibition, curated by Nicola Talbot, is poised to become an annual destination for sculpture as part of the estate’s summer celebrations of art and culture.
Set against the backdrop of a historic house, the sculpture will be displayed in Falconhurst’s gardens, which have been owned and tended by the Talbot family since 1850. Each tree, path and lawn has been carefully planned by a family member, gently shaping the landscape of the gardens over many generations to create a unique sense of permanence and place.
We regret dogs and sculpture do not mix! You are welcome to walk dogs in The Paddock or on the Woodland walks but please do not bring them in the garden.
Nature Trail & Animals
Behind The Barn you will discover a winding path through our ‘Wild Garden’, leading to a pond and the woods beyond. A perfect walk for little ones with discoveries to be made along the way. A heavenly swing, den building sticks, a bench to enjoy your coffee and even a little bird hide to observe what the ducks are getting up to.
Be sure to stop and say hello to our cheeky goats and pigs!
Gardens
We regret the Gardens are closed on 14th September
The house is embraced by magnificent gardens which have been nurtured by the Talbot family since 1850. A firm favourite of enthusiastic gardeners, our gardens have structure to provide form, yet with mellifluous borders and a feeling of wildness just kept under control, rather reflecting our characters.
The gardens at Falconhurst provide vegetables for the farm shop, flowers for cutting and relaxing vistas all year round. The gardens are run by Nicola Talbot, who hosts workshops and talks throughout the year. Click here to discover more.
Tickets to the gardens & walks are £8 each, purchased at the Farm Shop.
If you like to visit regularly consider buying a Season Ticket. Single: £20; Family (2 adults + 3 children) £30. Available from the Farm Shop. Please register every time you enter the gardens.
Falconhurst is a member of Historic Houses Association which offers their members free access to the gardens. Please register and collect your ticket from the Farm Shop before entering the gardens.
We have some amazing sculptures in the garden during the summer. Unfortunately sculpture and dogs do not mix! You are welcome to walk them in The Paddock or on the Woodland walks, but please do not bring them in the garden.
